Payment Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your selected package is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.
Payment plans are available upon request and must be confirmed in writing before the session date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session rate.

Usage Rights & Deliverables

By booking a session, you agree to allow Unreel Sessions to use select clips, photos, and content from your session for promotional purposes (unless requested otherwise in writing).
By submitting your track, you confirm that you own or have the rights to perform and distribute the song(s) you intend to record.
All final deliverables will be shared digitally via download links.
Additional edits or revisions beyond what's included in your package may be subject to extra fees.
